"If you are selling the company, [...] they [buyers] are going to look at three things. What are your earnings, which is going to depend on what their participations are and what they own. [...] What development projects do they own? Typically, they value these at cost. The third thing is future services. Are these people committing to do future films? This is a whole different ball-game. That becomes an investment in the company, which is totally different than a film.
