Nicole is an attorney in Greenberg Glusker's Employment Department.

Nicole's practice is focused on representing and counseling employers in employment-related matters, including litigation, risk management, and policy preparation. She represents employers in single and multi-party discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination actions. She also defends employers in both single-plaintiff and class action wage and hour litigation. In addition, Nicole has obtained temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions to protect her clients’ businesses and has litigated intellectual property disputes in Federal Court.

Not only does she have significant experience in all aspects of litigation, she also advises employers in pre-litigation disputes, successfully settling many matters before a complaint is filed. On the employment counseling side, Nicole uses her litigation experience to draft policies and provide advice to minimize risk for her clients, avoiding many claims and best positioning her clients should a dispute arise.

Nicole received her J.D. from Emory University School of Law and her B.A. from Amherst College. Nicole is licensed to practice law in California and New York.
