Greenberg Glusker Real Estate Partner, James Han, will moderate the panel "The Value-Add Playbook" at Bisnow's Los Angeles CRE State of the Market Conference on October 14, 2026.
The panel will discuss asset repositioning, capital strategy and long-term value creation.
James Han focuses his practice on commercial real estate law, representing private and institutional real estate investors, lenders, opportunity funds, investment banks, developers and operators in a wide range of complex commercial real estate transactions. His experience includes joint ventures, real estate financing, workouts and restructurings, and the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties, including hotels, resorts, office buildings, retail centers and residential developments. He also has extensive experience advising clients on transactions across the hospitality industry.
