Biography

As an attorney in Greenberg Glusker’s Private Client Services Group, Megan Nogle's practice focuses on counseling individuals and their families in connection with estate and tax planning issues, as well as probate and post-death trust administration. In addition, Megan counsels nonprofit organizations of all types, including private foundations, operating foundations, and public charities.

Megan also serves on Greenberg Glusker’s pro bono committee. Through Greenberg Glusker’s partnership with the Alliance for Children’s Rights, Megan has assisted numerous families with accessing special education, finalizing adoptions, and securing guardianships and increased government benefits for children in the foster care system. Megan has worked with Bet Tzedek’s Holocaust Survivor’s Justice Network to assist Holocaust survivors with obtaining German social security pensions and reparations.
