Law360, Los Angeles (June 11, 2014, 2:15 PM EDT) -- Shelly Sterling, wife of Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling, on Wednesday asked a California probate court to declare that her husband lacks the mental capacity to run the trust that owns the team and confirm her authority to sell the Clippers to Steve Ballmer for $2 billion.
