This presentation covers various GST tax topics, including a review of the GST tax, example calculations, use of GST exemption, and automatic (deemed) allocations regarding certain outright and in-trust transfers. The presentation also touches upon proper reporting of gift tax transfers on returns, elections out of automatic allocations, and required GST event reporting (even when there is no tax due).
