Thomas Giordano-Lascari, Partner in Greenberg Glusker’s Private Client Services Group, will present "Tax Issues with Transferring U.S. Assets" for CalCPA. 

The presentation will explore the U.S. tax consequences of transferring U.S.-based assets abroad, with a particular focus on IRS enforcement practices, income tax implications, and reporting requirements involved in offshore asset movements.

Thomas has nearly two decades of experience in advising high-net-worth individuals and closely-held businesses with international income tax and estate planning issues.
