Britney Spears’ Conservatorship: An End Is in Sight, But Maybe Not Soon

Benny Roshan, chair of the Probate, Trusts & Estates Litigation department, shared commentary with The Hollywood Reporter regarding Jamie Spears’ latest filing seeking to terminate the conservatorship. Jamie Spears now concedes that "[Britney] should get the chance" to manage her own life. As it appears that the end may be in sight for this world-famous conservatorship, Benny believes Britney may engage the services of a private professional fiduciary to oversee management of her finances in lieu of a formal conservatorship.
