5 Things To Watch For After Approval Of $1.7B LA Stadium

Henry D. Finkelstein was quoted in a Law360 article on April 28 about Carson California's recent city council vote approving a $1.7 billion Los Angeles County stadium that could be the home of two National Football League teams. The article reported that hurdles remain such as the relative ease with which the massive project bypassed California's notorious environmental act may place increased scrutiny on that law as well as how the financing will be raised.

Finkelstein said questions also remain about who is going to pay for costs, such as traffic infrastructure costs.

"I am extremely skeptical that the NFL leadership would accept having these costs burden the project," he said.
