ACG Announces 2019-2020 Global Board of Directors
September 3, 2019 – Press ReleaseAssociation for Corporate Growth® (ACG), the global dealmaking network, announced its annual changes in leadership for the coming year. ACG’s Global Board is comprised of 27 directors, including five officers. Board members are nominated by their peers or their ACG chapter, vetted by the nomination committee, and serve an initial three-year term.
Andrew Apfelberg, a Partner of Greenberg Glusker Fields Claman & Machtinger LLP and member of ACG Los Angeles, will serve as the Corporate Secretary. Andrew also is a Co-Chair of the ACG-LA Annual Business Conference to take place September 17-18, 2019 in Beverly Hills, CA.
