Greenberg Glusker Advises New Men’s Wear Apparel Brand Launched by Tom Brady

Greenberg Glusker represented Brady, a new men’s wear apparel brand, as legal counsel. NFL legend Tom Brady co-founded the brand with the firm’s long-time client Jens Grede and designer Dao-Yi Chow.

Katy Spillers (Corporate), Jesse Saivar (IP & Technology) and Eric Perlmutter-Gumbiner (Corporate) worked as a team to assist with the financing, negotiate the license and endorsement deal with Tom Brady, and overall general counsel advice.

The new clothing line is set to launch at Nordstrom in December 2021.
