Greenberg Glusker Announces Five New Partners in Los Angeles

Greenberg Glusker today announced the election of five attorneys, from multiple areas of practice, to the Firm’s partnership.

The new Greenberg Glusker partners are:

Barchie’s litigation practice covers a wide range of employment, intellectual property and general business matters. She also advises businesses on compliance with labor laws, and drafts employment policies and agreements. Barchie chairs the Firm’s cross-departmental Restaurant, Food and Beverage practice group. She earned her undergraduate degree from Scripps College and her law degree from UCLA School of Law.

Saivar focuses on intellectual property protection, enforcement, compliance and deal-making in several IP-intensive industries including entertainment, video games, fashion, beauty care and emerging technology. He earned his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University and his law degree from UCLA School of Law.

Sher has experience in a broad range of real estate matters including commercial purchase and sale transactions; residential and multi-family real property issues; retail, office and industrial leasing; real estate financing; distressed properties and general land use issues.  He earned his undergraduate degree from UCLA and his law degree from UCLA School of Law.

Spillers is a corporate attorney and handles a broad range of business transactions including deal and tax structuring, financings, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions with an emphasis in the following industries: emerging technology, restaurant, food and beverage and beauty and apparel. She earned her undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley and her law degree from UCLA School of Law.

Sweet is a corporate attorney with experience in a variety of transactional and regulatory matters, including mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations, and debt and equity financing. He earned his undergraduate degree from UCLA and his law degree from UC Berkeley’s Boalt Hall School of Law.
