Greenberg Glusker's Managing Partner, Bob Baradaran, shared the firm's eagerness to get back to the new Century City office in an interview with Daily Journal. Two weeks after Greenberg Glusker Fields Claman & Machtinger LLP moved for the first time, Los Angeles was put on a stay at home order due to COVID-19. Baradaran stated that his biggest concern was to ensure the safety of the personnel, all while continuing to deliver legal services to clients. Although there are some firm personnel that would continue to work from home, the overwhelming majority are ready to get back into the office.

Excerpts:

"I think that the most challenging thing was balancing those things because when COVID hit, we weren't the only ones impacted, you know. Our law firm was impacted, our personnel was impacted and our clients were impacted."

"What I found very impressive was that during this very difficult time... we did not skip a beat in assisting our clients."

"We will have some people that would prefer to just continue to work remotely, but I think for us it's a minority of the folks. I think the overwhelming majority are eager to get back to work from our office."
