Greenberg Glusker Bankruptcy Chair Installed as President of American Board of Certification
February 24, 2025 – Press ReleaseBrian Davidoff, Chair of Greenberg Glusker's Bankruptcy, Reorganization & Capital Recovery Group, has been installed as president of the American Board of Certification ("ABC"). The ABC is the national organization certifying attorneys as specialists in business bankruptcy, consumer bankruptcy, and creditors' rights law. Brian was first certified by ABC in 1994 and has been actively involved with the organization since 2015.
Brian helps middle-market companies and their principals navigate difficult financial waters. He also guides lenders, creditors, and vendors seeking to maximize their recoveries, and represents buyers and sellers of distressed assets.
