Director of Marketing, Sheenika Gandhi, and Employee Engagement Coordinator, Nicole Kosoff, shared commentary with The Primerus Paradigm regarding the firms initiatives centered towards giving back to the Los Angeles community. Attorneys at the firm partook in singing karaoke, taking a pie to the face, and "Steptember" in which individuals challenged themselves to walk 10,000 steps a day for charity. Sheenika shares that these values begin with Arthur Greenberg who says that the firm has "done well by doing good."

Excerpts:

"We use this as an opportunity to foster employee engagement throughout the firm, but at the same time raise money for a good cause," says Sheenika Gandhi.

"Having a good cause provides something that people can come together for, in addition to helping you feel like you can do something in the day-to-day to really help another person," Kosoff said.

"We are constantly giving back to the community," Gandhi said. "It's deep rooted in our firm values."
