After 50 years in the same location, the Los Angeles law firm finds fresh space in iconic towers

Los Angeles – February 14, 2020 – After 50 years in the same location in Century City, Greenberg Glusker Fields Claman & Machtinger LLP is moving its offices to the landmark Century Plaza Towers effective March 2, 2020. The firm will occupy three floors totaling approximately 85,000 square feet of custom, modern space designed by Gensler. The new office address will be 2049 Century Park East, Suite 2600, Los Angeles, CA 90067.

LEED Gold certified, Century Plaza Towers is an international award-winning project located at the 14-acre, lifestyle destination Century Park in heart of Century City. Managed and leased by CBRE, Inc., Century Plaza Towers is owned by institutional investors advised by J.P. Morgan Asset Management and the international real estate firm, Hines.

CBRE’s Amanda Calof, Patti Gilbert and Pat McRoskey represented the landlord. Savills’ Mike Catalano and Jeff Cowan represented Greenberg Glusker.
