Greenberg Glusker Represents Service Champions North in Acquisition by Wrench Group LLC

Greenberg Glusker represented On-Time Air Conditioning & Heating d/b/a Service Champions North (“Service Champions”) in its acquisition by the Wrench Group LLC (“Wrench”) on July 1, 2020. Wrench is a national leader in home repair, replacement, and maintenance services specializing in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, water, and electrical services. Wrench is backed by Leonard Green Partners. Service Champions is a leading heating and air-conditioning company, with five locations in Northern California. The deal gives Wrench its first California location.

Such team also represented Service Champions North in its acquisition of Temperature Perfection as well as Service Champions Heating & Air (Service Champions South) and Bell Brothers Heating & Air in their respective sale transactions as part of a roll-up strategy led by Center Oak Partners.
