Last month I was a member of a panel at the M&A Advisor Symposium, along with Pierce O'Donnell, Of Counsel, Greenberg Glusker, Sal Galatioto, President, Galatioto Sports Partners and Colin Neville, Vice President, Director Sports Advisory, Raine. O'Donnell represented Shelly Sterling in the sale to Ballmer and told the audience that the former Microsoft CEO never even looked at the Clippers financials or Bank of America's sale book prior to making his bid for the team.
