Environmental Partner, Sherry Jackman, was quoted in E&E News discussing the Trump administration's desire to dismantle a mainstay of environmental protection.
Excerpts:
Sherry Jackman, an environmental attorney and partner at the law firm Greenberg Glusker, said that any effort to repeal the finding through the courts would likely outlive Trump's second term, given the glacial pace of the judicial system and mounting scientific evidence on global warming.
“This probably doesn't end in his administration,” she said. “He doesn't have the time to get to that process.”
