Partner Aaron Moss Named to Daily Journal “Top Intellectual Property Lawyers 2022” List

Aaron Moss, Chair of Greenberg Glusker's Litigation Department, has been named by the Daily Journal to its list of “Top Intellectual Property Lawyers 2022,” honoring leading California intellectual property lawyers who specialize in IP litigation, transactions, and counseling.

Aaron Moss has extensive experience in copyright, trademark, media and entertainment litigation, representing the owners and users of creative content in complex and high-profile matters. In addition to litigation, Aaron regularly advises clients on intellectual property issues, including complex chain of title analyses, rights acquisitions and pre-publication clearance reviews.

Among Aaron’s litigation matters are cases for media companies, studios, video game publishers, and the manufacturers and licensors of toys, apparel and consumer products. 

Aaron is past president of the Los Angeles Copyright Society and is a frequent speaker on copyright, trademark and media law issues. He is also the writer and publisher of the website and blog Copyright Lately.
