Partner Steve Lurie Receives Connect CRE Annual Lawyers in Real Estate Award for 2024

Steve is one of only 12 attorneys selected from the California region. Awardees were selected for excelling in their practices as well as their contributions to the community.
Steve Lurie focuses on diverse high-value development projects, acquisitions and sales, financing transactions, leasing, and joint venture transactions across the commercial real estate sector. He represents and has formed longstanding relationships with developers, investors, borrowers, landlords and tenants. In the past two years, he has been the lead lawyer on transactions worth more than $5.5 billion across 18 states and the District of Columbia. He maintains a diverse practice that includes development projects, acquisitions and sales, financing transactions, leasing and joint venture transactions.
In addition to working diligently to ensure the success of his clients, Steve is equally dedicated to helping members of his community as an Advisory Board member for the Los Angeles Sports & Entertainment Commission and a member of the Board of Directors for the City of Hope Los Angeles Real Estate Council.
