Herzer’s attorney Pierce O’Donnell vowed to appeal the matter and immediately launched a a more than $100 million civil suit against Shari Redstone and seven members of the billionaire’s household medical staff. Today O’Donnell, who is now also representing the younger Redstone said: “The tide is turning. Shari Redstone’s coup has been exposed. We are confident that her oppression of her father will meet with defeat in the Cradle of American Liberty.”
