The Rhythm & Hues "stalking horse" bidder may have left for greener pastures. South Korean media company JS Communications has withdrawn its bid for the bankrupt VFX studio.
“When we prepared this whole process one never knows the way things are going to shake out, and we had planned for this eventuality,” said Brian Davidoff of Greenberg Glusker, the law firm representing Rhythm & Hues, per Variety.
