Greenberg Glusker is pleased to announce that Managing Partner, Bob Baradaran, and Litigation Partner, Bonnie Eskenazi, have been selected to the Los Angeles Business Journal LA500 list. The LA500 features the most influential leaders and impactful executives in Los Angeles in categories such as education, construction & architecture, real estate, law, sports and tech.

Bob Baradaran acts as outside general counsel to companies, funds, family offices and wealthy entrepreneurs in real estate, hospitality, sports, technology and entertainment. In February, he helped close a $93.8 million deal on a six-property portfolio for Gautier Land Co. Baradaran is also the special counsel negotiating a $1 billion luxury hotel development project for the city of Beverly Hills. In 2014, Baradaran represented Shelly Sterling in the $2 billion sale of the Los Angeles Clippers to Steve Ballmer. His other current projects include a 3,000-acre hospitality, residential and entertainment master development project in the Dominican Republic.

Bonnie Eskenazi is a partner in Greenberg Glusker’s Entertainment Litigation practice and regularly handles high-profile entertainment disputes. Her work covers royalties and profit participations, defamation and reputation protection, invasion of privacy, trademarks, merchandise and licensing, music distribution and publishing. Her clients have included Jeffrey Katzenberg, the owners of Alvin and the Chipmunks, the owners of merchandising rights in Winnie the Pooh, the Estate of J.R.R. Tolkien, Marvel Entertainment and DreamWorks SKG. She is on the board of Women in Film and helped create the organization’s sexual harassment Help Line. She teaches a course on entertainment law at Stanford Law School.
