Greenberg Glusker partners Brian Davidoff and Michael Wiener were selected to the Los Angeles Times' 2022 Banking and Finance Visionaries List. Brian Davidoff is both a partner and Chair of Greenberg Glusker's Bankruptcy, Reorganization & Capital Recovery Group. Brian has extensive experience guiding lenders, creditors, and vendors seeking to maximize their recoveries, and represents buyers and sellers of distressed assets. Frequently, he acts as general counsel to both distressed and thriving businesses, advising them on their business growth, financings, and M&A activity.

Michael Wiener is a partner in Greenberg Glusker's Corporate, Finance & Securities Practice Group. His practice focuses on structuring real estate and corporate transactions in a tax-efficient manner. Clients rely on Michael’s ability to analyze complicated tax issues and to implement creative solutions.
