• Represented a well-known television producer in the development of an approximately 60,000-square-foot home in Holmby Hills.
• Represented a well-known entrepreneur in the acquisition of three adjoining properties in Bel Air and the assembly of a team of architects, engineers and contractors for an approximately 30,000-square-foot home.
• Represented a producer of children’s programming in the acquisition of two adjoining lots in Beverly Park, on the Westside of Los Angeles, and the development of an approximately 40,000-square-foot home. Our counsel included the negotiation of agreements with architects, engineers and contractors.
• Counseled a well-known producer in the acquisition of approximately three acres in Brentwood, California. Advised on the construction of a house designed by Ricardo Legorreta, including the negotiation of agreements with the architects, engineers and contractors.
• Represented a high net-worth client in the acquisition, entitlement and development of a home designed by Charles Gwathmey in Bel Air, including negotiation of all architectural, construction and consulting contracts.
