Biography
Robert Cahill is an Associate in the Corporate Group.
Robert's practice focuses on representing public and private companies in connection with mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, minority investments, take-private transactions, preferred stock investments, and other strategic transactions.
Robert also advises clients on a broad range of corporate governance matters. He regularly counsels portfolio companies on growth strategies, including add-on acquisitions and equity issuances, and provides guidance on maintaining capitalization structures, updating organizational charts, and preparing key corporate documents such as letters of intent, restrictive covenant agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and equity award instruments.
Prior to joining Greenberg Glusker, Robert was a Corporate Associate at a top Am Law firm. During his time at USC Gould School of Law, he served as a law clerk for the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office.
