Greenberg Glusker Real Estate Partner Robin Finch has been selected to the Bisnow Southern California Commercial Real Estate Power Women list, recognizing influential women in commercial real estate who are making an impact and driving the CRE industry forward.
Honorees will be celebrated at the Southern California Commercial Real Estate Power Women: Celebration & Cocktail event at the Hilton Los Angeles Culver City on December 9.
Robin's experience includes purchase and sale transactions, tax-deferred exchanges, leasing agreements, borrower side financing, entity structuring, and succession-planning asset management. Robin has particular expertise in commercial and residential construction projects. She has represented numerous developers and construction industry professionals in negotiating and drafting fixed price, cost plus and guaranteed maximum price construction contracts, as well as related design-build, architectural, subcontractor, design and engineering agreements.
