LOS ANGELES, CA — Greenberg Glusker LLP, a leading law firm in mergers and acquisitions for middle-market companies, served as legal counsel to Environmental Remedies, Inc. ("ERI") in connection with a significant ownership investment by private equity firm ICV Partners, LLC ("ICV"). ERI is California’s premier residential asbestos abatement service provider, serving the Bay Area, San Diego, and the Inland Empire.

“We are pleased to have guided ERI through this pivotal transaction,” said Andrew Apfelberg, Greenberg Glusker’s lead attorney on the deal. “Partnering with ICV marks an exciting new chapter for ERI, providing the resources and strategic support needed to scale its operations and solidify its leadership in the asbestos abatement industry. We look forward to seeing the company’s continued growth and success.”

Founded in 2004, ERI specializes in asbestos abatement for restoration companies, insurance providers, and homeowners. The company has built a strong reputation as the go-to partner for fire and water damage remediation. With ICV’s investment, ERI plans to expand its geographic footprint, strengthen its leadership team, and enhance operational capabilities to accelerate growth.

The Greenberg Glusker team was led by corporate partners Andrew Apfelberg and Rich Sweet and included corporate associates Callista Cody, Emilee Wu, and Nicole Matsuda.
