Biography
Taryn Jacobson is a member of the firm's Litigation Group.
Taryn earned her J.D. from USC Gould School of Law where she was the Senior Content Editor of the Southern California Review of Law and Social Justice, an honors law journal. She also published a note on abolishing the insanity defense in Spring 2021, Volume 30, Issue 2 of the journal.
Taryn spent a semester in USC Gould's Appellate Immigration Clinic where she worked to protect her client, a Salvadoran man who has lived in the U.S. for over 40 years, from wrongful deportation. In June 2022, the Ninth Circuit reversed the decision by the Board of Immigration Appeals, in which Taryn wrote the opening brief.
