Partner Stefanie J. Lipson Elected as a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC)

Greenberg Glusker is proud to announce that Private Client Services Co-Chair and Partner, Stefanie J. Lipson, has been elected as a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).

ACTEC is a professional association of leading trust and estate lawyers and law professors in the United States and around the world. ACTEC Fellows are selected through a peer nomination process that recognizes exceptional reputation, professional expertise, and sustained contributions to the advancement of trust and estate law.

Stefanie provides comprehensive counsel to domestic and international families, family offices, real estate and tech entrepreneurs, high-profile entertainers, private investors, and closely held business owners and founders in all aspects of their personal wealth, tax, estate, and succession planning. Stefanie is a frequent author and speaker on domestic and cross-border tax and wealth transfer planning topics, is a full member (TEP) of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, and is recognized in Chambers' High Net Worth Guide in the area of Private Wealth Law. 

In addition to her practice and participation in the trust and estate legal community, Stefanie works closely with the next generation of trusts and estates and tax practitioners to support their development and help them pursue their interests and talents in the trusts and estates field. Stefanie also serves as a mentor to first-year law students as part of the USC Gould School of Law Marshall B. Grossman Mentorship Program.
