Biography
Todd Noelle, Counsel in the firm’s Corporate Group, has experience in a wide range of corporate transactions, with a primary focus on mergers & acquisitions and general corporate matters.
His experience spans a broad array of industries, including entertainment, sports, technology, financial institutions, real estate, manufacturing, and alternative asset management.
Todd’s practice also encompasses private equity, investment transactions, and corporate advisory work. He has advised clients on both the buy-side and sell-side of complex M&A transactions, including leveraged buyouts, take-private deals, joint ventures, carve-outs, controlling and minority investments, and cross-border and multi-jurisdictional matters. He also regularly counsels clients on corporate structuring, governance, reorganizations, and a variety of day-to-day corporate issues.
