Uzzi O. Raanan

Uzzi Raanan, a partner in Greenberg Glusker’s Bankruptcy, Reorganization & Capital Recovery Group, is slated to speak on the "No Easy Getaway: State Court Litigation and the Bankruptcy Discharge" panel for the Beverly Hills Bar Association on Friday, March 30, 2026.

Uzzi has extensive experience representing creditors and debtors and Chapter 11 creditor committees as well as court-appointed receivers and bankruptcy trustees with regard to insolvencies, business bankruptcy preplanning and litigation, state and federal court receiverships, and commercial law disputes, including loan guaranties and assignments of ownership interests.
