Andrew Park is an Associate in the Corporate Group.
Andrew's practice focuses on advising private and public companies, private equity firms, and investors on complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, financing transactions, corporate governance matters, and securities law compliance.
Prior to joining Greenberg Glusker, Andrew was an Associate at a top Am Law firm. While attending UCLA School of Law, Andrew served as a Discourse Editor for the UCLA Law Review, received the Lee B. Wenzel Memorial Scholarship, and served as the Student Bar Association's External Vice President and Fundraising Chair.
