Ann Lee has extensive experience in business and real estate litigation. She has represented owners and investors in shareholder, buyout and management disputes, as well as company management in real estate disputes involving commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements, option rights, easement rights and other real property issues.
In 2015, Ann’s interest in the ways businesses were using data to increase their value led her to obtain a CIPP/US privacy certification. Since then, she has advised media and technology companies on data privacy and security issues and defended companies in disputes involving internet assets and services.
While Ann has tried several cases, she strives to obtain favorable outcomes well short of trial. With her depth of experience, Ann’s clients rely on her to provide effective strategies for managing litigation efficiently.
