LOS ANGELES — Greenberg Glusker LLP represented OJB Landscape Architecture, a nationally recognized landscape architecture and urban design firm, in its acquisition by global design firm Populous. 

The acquisition expands Populous’ integrated design capabilities as the firm continues to broaden its focus beyond sports venues and arenas into large-scale mixed-use developments, urban design, and public realm projects. The combination strengthens Populous’ ability to deliver fully integrated, people-centric environments spanning venues, landscapes, and surrounding civic spaces. OJB will continue operating through its six existing studios while collaborating with Populous offices throughout the United States and internationally. Following the acquisition, Populous will employ more than 1,600 professionals worldwide.

The transaction reflects growing demand for integrated design solutions that combine architecture, landscape architecture, urban planning, and experiential development across sports, entertainment, and mixed-use destinations.
