Nicole Levi

Her practice includes corporate governance, financing and equity compensation matters, commercial agreements, and mergers and acquisitions. Nicole also works with clients in the digital media space, including creators and influencers, on agreements relating to their businesses and commercial partnerships in the creator economy. She earned her J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where she received certificates in Business Law and Media & Entertainment Law.
