Brianna Deigan is an Associate in the Litigation Department.
Brianna works on a variety of litigation matters, including commercial and business disputes involving breach of contract, fraud, and other business torts. She supports clients through all phases of litigation, from case development through resolution.
In addition to her commercial litigation practice, Brianna maintains an active pro bono practice advocating for the release of immigrants from detention and representing individuals seeking affirmative relief before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
While attending UCLA School of Law, Brianna served as a Trial Unit Law Clerk with the Federal Public Defender’s Office for the Central District of California. Prior to law school, she worked extensively in case management.
