Mentor Program
Upon joining the firm, an associate is assigned a “big sibling,” who is a more senior associate responsible for answering our new colleagues’ day-to-day questions. That relationship usually continues until the associate makes partner.
Each new associate is also assigned a partner-level mentor, charged with helping them sketch out their path in the firm and guide their career in a broader sense.

- Hands-On Professional Development – We are committed to the continuous education and advancement of our attorneys. Through our Associate Training Program, attorneys engage in learning opportunities designed to strengthen legal, business, and practice-specific skills while receiving ongoing mentorship from experienced practitioners.
- A Voice in the Firm – Associates at Greenberg Glusker are encouraged to play an active role in the Firm's direction. Many serve on Firm committees where their ideas and perspectives are genuinely valued.
