Cole Rossi

His practice focuses on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financings, as well as land use and zoning matters. He also works with clients on a broad range of commercial and high-end residential development and construction projects. He earned his J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where he served as Senior Membership Editor of the Southern California Review of Law and Social Justice and received the Phillip R. Nicholson Memorial Scholarship Fund for Real Estate Excellence.
