Erika's practice focuses on trademark and copyright counseling, prosecution and enforcement, and intellectual property transactions. She represents companies and individuals across the fashion, entertainment, media, video game, food and beverage, and consumer products industries.
While earning her J.D. at Loyola Law School, Erika served as a judicial intern with the San Diego Superior Court and a legal extern with Loyola Law School’s Fashion Law Clinic.
