Eunice Ko is a Law Clerk in the Entertainment Group.
Eunice's practice encompasses a broad range of entertainment and media matters, with a focus on transactional work for clients across film, television, music, digital media, and live entertainment. She drafts and negotiates a variety of agreements, including development, production, distribution, licensing, talent, and services agreements, and works on matters throughout the life cycle of a project or deal, from early-stage development through release and beyond.
While at USC Gould School of Law, Eunice served as a Legal Writing Fellow, a Teaching Assistant to Professor Abby Wood, and a staff member of the Southern California Law Review.
