People love a good docudrama.  Especially one with juicy details about a celebrity’s private life.  But what happens when that celebrity, or his or her estate, doesn’t want those juicy details revealed?  This workshop will examine the legal issues raised by the recent flood of lawsuits involving real life stories about the likes of Olivia de Haviland (Feud), Pablo Escobar (Narcos) and Jenni Rivera (Su Nombre Era Dolores) and how producers and broadcasters can try to protect themselves from those claims.
