Kaylinn Charnley is an associate in the Environmental Group.

Kaylinn works with clients on a broad range of environmental matters, including regulatory compliance, hazardous waste management, consumer product claims, and local permitting issues. Kaylinn also provides support in litigation cases, including responding to claims under California’s Consumer Legal Remedies Act and Proposition 65 and negotiating pre-litigation settlements.

Kaylinn earned her J.D. from UC Davis School of Law, where she served as Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Environs Law and Policy Journal and was recognized as an Outstanding Oral Advocate in the Irving J. Neumiller Moot Court Competition.
