Greenberg Glusker Partners Darryl Cluster (Private Client Services) and Lisa Von Eschen (Employment) have been selected by the Los Angeles Business Journal for inclusion on their inaugural "Leaders of Influence: Nonprofit and Philanthropy" list. 

This list recognizes outstanding professionals who were selected based on their professional achievements, community leadership, milestones, and notable accomplishments.

Darryl W. Cluster advises high-net-worth clients on sophisticated estate planning matters, with a focus on succession planning and tax savings. His experience includes developing complex estate plans for clients in the entertainment, real estate and business sectors, as well as counseling families on post-death trust administration. Darryl also advises a wide range of nonprofit organizations, including family foundations, operating foundations and public charities. He provides ongoing counsel to private foundations with assets ranging from $500,000 to more than $100 million and to operating charities across education, research, athletics, science, the arts and other charitable endeavors.

Lisa Von Eschen counsels and defends businesses and non-profit organizations in state and federal employment law matters. She advises management on day-to-day compliance issues, including leaves of absence, accommodations, exempt classifications, discipline, terminations and reductions in force. Lisa also handles executive employment contracts, commission and bonus plans, restrictive covenants, trade secret and confidentiality issues, and severance agreements. She regularly drafts and audits personnel policies and handbooks, leads internal investigations, and conducts training sessions on harassment and other employment topics.
