Kelly Raney advises clients of all sizes—from start-ups and family offices to Fortune 500 companies—on matters ranging from employment policies, practices and compliance, pre-litigation disputes and investigations, and all stages of litigation. Kelly has also litigated high-stakes intellectual property and commercial contract disputes, which included authoring briefs and appearing at the federal appellate level.

Karina B. Sterman represents businesses in employment litigation and disputes, from wage and hour class actions and representative PAGA actions to individuals harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and other employment claims. Lisa Von Eschen counsels and defends businesses and non-profit organizations in state and federal employment law matters. She advises management on day-to-day compliance issues, including leaves of absence, accommodations, exempt classifications, discipline, terminations and reductions in force.
