Nicolette Roger Kumar is a litigator whose practice focuses on complex business disputes. She has extensive experience litigating general commercial, contract, real estate, environmental, and employment claims for businesses and individuals. 

She also frequently represents clients in arbitration, mediation, and informal settlement discussions. In addition, Nicolette has experience defending businesses in consumer fraud, false advertising, and Consumer Legal Remedies Act claims.

Nicolette continues to maintain a robust pro bono practice. She currently represents several Ukrainian asylum seekers in their USCIS proceedings, and has previously represented LGBTQ clients from Central America in their removal proceedings in immigration court. While at Harvard Law School, Nicolette represented migrant farmworkers in Central California in wage and hour disputes, represented survivors of domestic violence in housing disputes, and co-chaired the Removal Defense Project supporting immigrants in detention.

Outside of the office, Nicolette volunteers as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) with youth in foster care in Los Angeles.

In her free time, Nicolette enjoys cooking, dancing salsa, and sewing.
