Ryan specializes in negotiating and structuring sophisticated rights and service deals for multihyphenate creators.  He represents a broad range of clients including production companies, financiers, established writers, directors, actors, producers, musicians, and emerging talent and influencers. Ryan understands the unique and evolving challenges facing the entertainment industry and works with his clients to structure deals in a creative and efficient manner.

As the son of a professional musician, Ryan developed a profound appreciation for the entertainment industry at an early age, setting the stage for his future endeavors. Prior to law school, Ryan freelanced as a professional musician and currently spends his spare time playing drums in various rock bands and jazz groups around Los Angeles.

Prior to joining Greenberg Glusker, Ryan practiced at a large national firm focusing on film finance and corporate entertainment.
