Steven Mach is Counsel in the Real Estate Group.
Steven's practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, with an emphasis on acquisitions, dispositions, development, construction, leasing, and financing matters. He advises owners, developers, investors, lenders, borrowers, and emerging growth companies in connection with complex real estate and corporate finance transactions, including debt financings, mortgage and mezzanine loans, joint ventures, working capital loans, and strategic business initiatives.
His experience spans a broad range of asset classes, including multifamily, hospitality, office, industrial, logistics, retail, energy, and mixed-use developments, and he regularly guides clients through all phases of a transaction, from structuring and due diligence through negotiation, documentation, and closing.
Prior to joining Greenberg Glusker, Steven practiced at national and regional law firms and served as Associate General Counsel for a venture-backed real estate technology company.
