Steve Stein is a litigator who specializes in media and intellectual property disputes. He also has substantial experience litigating complex entertainment and business disputes.
Steve defends media organizations from defamation and copyright and trademark infringement claims, and enforces intellectual property rights for brands and creators. He litigates entertainment disputes for production companies and A-list talent, and complex contract and business disputes for businesses and individuals.
Before joining the firm, Steve wrote for the Washington Post and served as a law clerk on the United States Court of Appeal for the Fifth Circuit. Steve draws on his experience as a journalist and law clerk to advocate for his clients.
